Cancellation Policy

If you purchase using any special purchase options (such as pre-orders, subscriptions, or custom-made items), the following cancellation policy will apply:

• No Cancellations After Order Confirmation: In principle, we do not accept order cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

• Pre-orders & Made-to-order Items: Cancellations are strictly not permitted for pre-ordered or made-to-order products, as the production or securing of stock begins immediately after your order is placed.

• Prior to Shipping: Requests for cancellation can only be considered before the item has shipped; however, please note that accommodation is not guaranteed.

• After Shipping: We cannot accept any cancellations after an item has been shipped. Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy.

• Subscriptions: For subscription products, you can stop future billings by completing the cancellation process before your next scheduled billing date.

• Customs and Import Taxes: Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees incurred during international shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
