Refund Policy
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products. However, if you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us via email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
In the event that products are damaged or soiled during transit, please contact both our customer service and the delivery courier immediately upon arrival.
We accept returns and exchanges only if the product remains unopened and in its original packaging. Please note that this applies only to items for which you have contacted us within one week of arrival and received our prior approval.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:

Returns due to personal preferences or unilateral reasons of the customer.

Products that have been scratched, damaged, soiled, opened, or used while in the customer's possession.

Products with missing or lost packaging.
For returns due to customer preference (where applicable and approved), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
